Women find men most attractive when they have around 13% body fat percentage. The actual average for men is 20-25%. Moreover, at 12-15% body fat, a man with average muscle is considered no less attractive than a man with extreme muscularity. Pictured below is that 13% Fight Club body. So, instead of going to the gym for mass muscle gains, men should just do more fasting to get lean. But don't drop body fat below 10%.

Belgium Police basically surround me while I’m live streaming… and then this happened, I was in Belgium filming the migrant situation when multiple Belgian police vans and officers suddenly approached me on the street. They admitted they had been watching my livestream the entire time. They took me back to my hotel, checked my ID, and searched the place. My trip to Belgium came to a very abrupt end. Migrant trafficking gangs are now openly threatening to shoot me in the head. On a personal note: I studied and worked at @UGent for over two decades, with only brief periods elsewhere (Boston, NY, Budapest, Vienna, Leuven). I was also the first holder of the Etienne Vermeersch Chair at UGent for four years, under the previous rector. I don’t regret any of this. On the contrary, I remain very grateful to @UGent for the honour of being the first holder of that prestigious Chair. The philosopher Etienne Vermeersch, former vice-rector of @UGent, remains one of my personal intellectual heroes. His scepticism, liberalism, and defence of rationality and science have had a lasting and salutary influence on the university. During my time as Chair holder, UGent gave me almost complete freedom to develop my ideas and projects, despite some internal backlash. Even when I ventured into controversial territory—such as in my opening lectures and my podcast Forbidden Territory (Verboden Terrein)—I did not experience ideological censorship or pressure (with one exception during an interview for the UGent magazine). In recent years, however, I have grown increasingly estranged from my alma mater. I have watched the growing ideological capture with mounting concern, especially since the election of the new rector. Even before that, I was shocked and dismayed that UGent played a leading role in the anti-Israel boycott, on what I believe very shaky grounds. To me, this represents a serious abdication of the core principles of academic freedom and institutional neutrality. Within my own department, the intellectual climate has also deteriorated—particularly in the aftermath of 7 October and following the departure of my former supervisor, Johan Braeckman, and his research group. To be clear: I have had many rewarding years at UGent, and I still maintain good relationships with several former colleagues who continue to do excellent work. But given the scandals and embarrassments in recent years, I regret to say that I was no longer proud of my affiliation with UGent. The academic world as a whole is in crisis, being increasingly captured by ideology, but unfortunately @UGent has become one of the worst offenders.

It is not normal and healthy that a majority of school children in my hometown Vienna are Muslim. It is not evil if you want Vienna to stay a European Christian city. It is evil how they are destroying my city while persecuting everybody who opposes this crime.

There are a lot of people dunking on this guy and the arguments at the end of the day come down to "You are holding it wrong." But to be fair there has been nothing but a constant stream of "Stop holding it, Software Engineering is over shortly." I am not shocked that this has happened and I am 100% confident that this is not going to be the last one. The problem is the vogue nature of insane hype claims, most specifically from Dario himself being most guilty. People are lulled into a faux safety due to the belief that these LLMs are literal gods in their pocket. Infinite knowledge and speed for a simple monetary exchange. Cannot wait for ThePhilospher to explain how a loving God could delete a production database.

But prosecuting him for making claims about links between crime and migration is reprehensible. Even if he exaggerates or distorts statistics, it’s not a judge’s role to silence people. That’s unworthy of a liberal society. Meanwhile, supporters of terrorist groups like Hamas roam European cities with impunity, and Salafist hate books can still be found in bookstores.

Too much clickbaiting, online drama. Not enough strategy, political leverage and real-life influence. With the "Institute for Remigration" we want to change that. It will be like the NRA in the USA, but for remigration in Europe. On the 30th of May, at the Remigration Summit, we will officially start our work.
