12 years after #BF4's release, it’s hard to overstate my disappointment with what EA and BF Studios delivered with #BF6’s return to the modern era. Failing to learn from past missteps and deliver a cohesive experience, it may be the final straw that kills my love for @Battlefield

@Dangerman1337 @arbal1stWeA problem is there are not many Independent studios in the AAA space, most are owned by some big corporation which does not care about the games themselves only how they can bring in as much money as possible by any means necessary which includes killing the IP and burning staff

@Dancovich @BattlefieldComm Their code must be an utterly confusing, unstable and fragile mess. We still don't know if reverting(?) the movement changes was even done on purpose or if the wrong branch was merged as there was nothing in the release notes about this.

@BattleNonSense @BattlefieldComm The weapon select screen shows all weapons as level zero. You have to enter that particular weapon's package selection screen to see its level. How the hell do they break something like that!

The team has identified the cause of the EULA (User Agreement) screen appearing more frequently than expected on consoles. Today, we deployed a client hotfix (Update 1.2.2.2) to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience while we worked through this!

@theshooter_44 100% agree, #BF6 just doesnt have the foundation. Not sure why anyone is surprised. When EAs mandate is to 'kill CoD' and then puts former CoD leadership in charge of @Battlefield how was this ever going to be Battlefield and not Dutyfield? A #BF4 successor was never the goal.

@EndersFPS you are masking the problem not fix it. TTK is fast not because the gunplay. old games BF doesn't have that much recoil as it shown in the video the dmg model of weapon it's normal 23-34 it's the average dmg model of bf3-4 the problem is not the gunplay it's gunfight range

To fix it someone high up in the food chain at EA/BF Studios has to be convinced to allow this change as I do not believe for a second that this was the idea of the people designing the gunmechanics. The same applies to all the other areas on #BF6 that are just.... wrong.

The issues of Battlefield 6 are incredibly obvious to anyone that plays the game. Move away from 150ms ttk, make the gunplay harder (yes casuals will have to learn how to shoot, oh well) These 2 things are literally the gameplay. How fast you die, and how weapons shoot. FIX IT

#Battlefield 6 netcode does feel better if ur in a low ping server and pc vs pc. There's a weird desync with crossplay and if you lag a bit you will really feel it. I mean even 100ms feels rough.

@VisualFidelity The only problem with your argument is that what we have seen from DLSS5 does not maintain nor enable the original intent of the game designers. Much of what we have seen in those demos could be achieved without DLSS5 as seen with other games. This is AI slop of the highest order
