This as they say was in my Bucket List to have a go at Boxing and after 6 months i am still at it! A great club is La Perrera Boxing Club,Extremely Painful however Extremely Rewarding after a challenging training hour!

In my journey of discovering new forms of fitness i have experienced Win Chun for the first time & to be honest i was a bit hesitant before however i have began to enjoy the training,amazing new moves & speed that apart for been effective are incredibly good for your upperbody

Decided yesterday to experience a 1-2-1 training session in Padwork with Callum from La Perrera boxing club and was intense hard with no slow moments! At the end i felt exhausted but rewarded at the same time

In my opinion Doctors should also study levels of fitness training to be able to advise and prevent people from getting sick not to just prescribe medicine once is to late !
