Wonderful honesty, celebrating the part that brewing sugars play in classic British ales @thebathams . Big thanks to @AliceBatham for such a fantastic tour.

@millhillbrewco great to meet you today and now I have some of your wares in the fridge to enjoy.

English

@EMASNHSTrust @Ruthedwardsmp2 @UKLabour @NHSEngland Thank you for your kind words. I don't want to make a complaint for it to be seen as a negative judgement of the EMAS and NHS teams, who delivered in an exemplary manner. If there are actions I can take, which will help to fix what seem to be fundamental problems, I'm up for it

We're very sorry to hear about your relative's experience. Our service is exceptionally busy and we can't get to everyone as quickly as we'd like. You can raise a formal complaint through our Patient Experience team if you'd like to. Their contact details are here: emas.nhs.uk/your-service/p…

@EMASNHSTrust 83 year old constituent of @Ruthedwardsmp2 laying half in an half out of house with possible broken hip. Can't move him. Called 999. Ambulance will be here within 12 hours - really? @UKLabour is this what we should expect of @NHSEngland ?
English

@EMASNHSTrust @NHSEngland Final update for tonight. X-rays reveal a broken hip. He's probably in the best place in the world for diagnosis, surgery and recovery. But did the journey from incident to care need to be quite so painful?
English

@EMASNHSTrust @NHSEngland UPDATE - Handed over from exemplary @EMASNHSTrust paramedics and into the pre-assessment centre at LRI. Staff every bit the cream of @NHSEngland professionalism.
English

Now 5 hours from first 999 call. Called @EMASNHSTrust 999 for update, who can give no indication of expected time for ambulance. 83 year old still on cold floor in extreme pain. #brokenhip #NHS #waitingforambulance
English

@EMASNHSTrust 83 year old relative lying on the floor half way in and half way out of the house and can't move him. Possible fracture after fall. Ambulance could be upto 12 hours - really?

@AvivaUK removal of any way to speak to someone to make policy changes doesn't feel like progress or good customer services. Log-in, fill out a form, hope for a response within 24hours. Will I require a Metaverse digital twin in the future to allow me to interface with your AI?

@hinckandbos_bc @AldiUK Hello. Any update on the tree screening please?
English

@AldiUK DC Nailstone coming along well, but the trees on the old colliery banks are definitely dead. Once those chillers fire-up we're going to be needing that tree screening. Any news on the representing please @hinckandbos_bc ?

English

@hinckandbos_bc @AldiUK Thanks, that should have read "re-planting", but I suspect you'd worked that out.
English

@LNRailway Please find attached my input for the @LNRailway and @transportgovuk #trentvalleytree review. When you've looked at the operational aspects, might I ask that the customer impact (hundreds like me) resulting from a lack of effective service recovery be considered?

English

@Battwave I do apologise, If you would like to fill a formal complaint you are welcome to here > orlo.uk/GGWKj
Apologies again for any inconvenience to your journey. ^GST

@LNRailway and the saga of the "yes we are", "no we aren't" going to run a Trent Valley train. I got off a Coventry train at Rugby to catch your reinstated 1742 Crewe, only for you to decide to cancel it on arrival. How can you create such a mess from one fallen tree?
English

@LNRailway And in a final salute to passenger service a last minute platform change with no PA announcement or update to the CIS screens.
English

@LNRailway Just for the record, after waiting for an hour for the 1842, that's now running over 10 minutes late. Not a great day @LNRailway #TrentValleyTree #traindelay
