A safer Uganda is a reality. With the official launch of the #ACR2025, we celebrate a 10.2% reduction in reported crime this year. This marks 4 consecutive years of steady decline—a testament to our evolving national security efforts and community policing. The trend is clear: Progress is being made. Let’s keep building a safer nation together. @Tom_Magambo

Fatal crashes also increased from 4,434 in 2024 to 4,602 in 2025, while serious and minor crashes increased by 3.3 percent and 4.5 percent, respectively. Although road crashes continue to increase, the trend over the past five years indicates that the rate of increase gradually slowed. #ACR2025
