@BaxterDoggo @dnics613 @ctvottawa Costco staff told me last week in an hour 1-2pm Wed they had over 1400 members who work for the federal govt. Ostrich.

At any given time when going to Costco (weekday, weeknight, weekend) I’ve never been asked where I work. Not once. So not sure why people assume it’s all govt workers. This narrative is old.

@ctvottawa If the pandemic never hit, they'd still be working in office. When Costco is packed on a Monday in Ottawa at 1pm, you can't tell me that all those people are on holidays. The work simply isn't getting done. Go back to the office and stop complaining.

@cullenoncurling Doesn’t sound like you are lying at all :) I was just curious if the players were enjoying it. “Inaugural” things always have kinks to work out. It’s new and new things take adjustment. Some “strong” personalities lol, I wondered if egos would come into play. Not seeing it yet.

@BaxterDoggo This is gonna sound like I’m lying but genuinely the players are loving it. A chance to play with new players and to play for a larger team really has them excited, and I think they recognize the opportunity Rock League could provide down the road if it really takes off

Rock League thoughts: this is a trial season and we are working through some of the kinks. We're gonna get better every day (and honestly we already got way better from Draw 1 to Draw 3). And the best part is, the curling is already fantastic. Day 1 rocked. Excited for Day 2!
