pretty insane how bad trinkets are this patch. pmuch everyone wants to run alnseer gaze + either ribbon/feather if you are caster or puzzle box/plume if you are melee. hopefully some tuning gets done or future trinkets are changed so this isn't the same case next tier

What is the opinion of actual wow players(not RWF viewers) on the multiple raids in one “tier” throwback this season? I’ve only heard very positive things but is it more than just novelty? Mythic lockouts are better? Voidspire being easy a good thing for the broader community?

@LamineRole He is NOT consistent with it. Self report bro, watch one game and you would know he spams them and succeeds once per game. It’s one of the biggest issues with his game. He plays for highlight reel.

@reidrexia I genuinely don’t think it’s as simple as calories in vs calories out, my brother eats an absurd amount of cals (like bordering 3000) and he stays insanely thin, he barely moves all day so he’s not burning it off

@lezico8 I agree he doesn’t control the ball super smooth and graceful like Neymar but he’s one of the most athletic people ever to play the game and is far more effective than anyone in his generation. Probably on par or above Neymar, if you compare the two.

Mbappe is obviously a great of the game but his aesthetic is so goofy and unnatural to me. Like he doesn’t look like someone who is a naturally gifted footballer

I replaced my entire weakauras list with 4 combat/ui addons (will be 3 by midnight) and 6 minor QoL addons I don't really see why this is so bad, it's not 20 addons like some people say and it might potentially be better for these to be addons rather than buried in my WA list

@BarryRoland19 @RaphaelKahan The correlation is literally just not being obese. You don’t have to hit x steps per day. Healthy weight, minimum of 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week, you are good to go on the all cause mortality front.

I think there’s some decent correlation with increased steps and decreased all cause mortality, in a vacuum. Though if you’re doing a bunch of zone 2 weekly (3h+), probably diminishing returns physically to also add 20k/day. 8-12k feels right to me, as an addition to zone 2 work.

Don't understand people who claim to walk 20k steps a day. Occasionally, on the weekends, when I tell my wife "let's go on a long walk", and we walk all day, and I look at my phone after hours and hours of walking, I'm at like 16,230 max. Is everyone just a liar?
