🚨 Interim Thursday update Drama in the race for extra 🔵 UCL spot! 🇩🇪 Freiburg beat 🇪🇸 Celta again and added +0.429 pts for Germany! 🇩🇪 (BAY+FRE) with 4/4 wins over 🇪🇸 (RMA+CLT)! 🇩🇪 GER is currently only 0.129 pts behind 🇪🇸 ESP, which is the equivalent of 1 draw (1 pt / 7 = 0.143)! 📉 🇪🇸 Spain is down to 3 teams, same as 🇩🇪, but with a divisor of 8. 🔥 Game on!

@joethomlinson If anyone forgot something, it was probably Camavinga. Here the referee shows Camavinga the two (with his fingers), so he had already warned the player that he should refrain from such actions. Camavinga apparently ignored the warning and then had to leave the field.

Maybe just me but felt like the ref 100% forgot Camavinga was booked?? Then gave him the soft yellow without thinking it would be such a major factor. So stupid by Camavinga too.

For that Camavinga's yellow card, it was a complex situation. It was a yellow card offense but guess the ref forgot he was on a yellow card. For that high profile game, at least, there should a strong warning for second booking as the foul wasn't malicious or dangerous. The ref go0fed.

@hardeyfunds @Asensii20 Last season, Camavinga received a yellow-red card in the quarter-final first leg. He was already cautioned with a yellow and simply kicked the ball away.

Camavinga genuinely only got the red card because the ref forgot he was on a yellow. Had he known I swear to God Camavinga would still be on the pitch

@MusialaEra The referee acted correctly according to the rulebook. 'A player is cautioned if guilty of: delaying the restart of play' Source: IFAB If I, as a player, already have a yellow card, then I am not allowed to make such an action.

@totalcristiano Camavinga delayed the restart of the game, and according to the rules, that is a yellow card. "A player is cautioned if guilty of: delaying the restart of play" Source: IFAB. He should have just left the ball alone and that’s it, the referee was just following the rules.

Two things here: 1. Camavinga is stupid to do that while already on a yellow card 2. It's way too soft to send him off for this, especially when he dropped the ball right near the referee.

@LucasNavarreteM Last season, Camavinga was sent off in the quarterfinals, he had a yellow card and kicked the ball away. Now again, he is warned with yellow and this time he carries the ball away. According to the rules, that is (delaying the restart of play) yellow.

Such a weak second yellow card man. The referee didn't even know it was the second yellow card there. Such a disgrace.

@fcblogin Dürfte ihm egal sein. #Vinčić hat bereits ein #UCL-Finale geleitet und ob man einen Schiedsrichter mehrfach ansetzt? Eher unwahrscheinlich. BVB vs Real Madrid 0:2

@ZackRMCF @thevarman9 @PSGINT_ It had been decided on a free kick, Kimmich wanted to take the ball to execute the free kick, Camavinga grabs the ball, carries it away, and thus prevents the quick continuation of the game, for which it is a yellow card.
