@WyndhamHotels @BaymontInns hotels in ATL: deplorable. Booked for indoor pool & breakfast, both closed no notice. Booked #2 on phone w/ CS. Lady swore indoor pool, Nope. #3 hotel, indoor pool no heat, hot tub boarded, No breakfast. Response from CS was absurd #vacationruined

5 months ago I booked 3 rooms for 4 nights with @BaymontInns and just received cancelation notices. Front desk said they canceled over 200 reservations, adjusted rates, and I'll have to rebook at a rate 4x my reservation. I expected more from @WyndhamHotels

@BaymontInns I have been incredibly offended by Baymont Holbrook Arizona. I am a disabled war veteran with USMC and the morning clerk refused to allow my legal and legitimate service dog into the lobby area at 11:40am when NO ONE was present. Seeking legal action now

@BaymontInns WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked a room this weekend. Was charged for a deposit plus the full length of my stay before I even checked in. The advertised shuttle service from airport to hotel but after 1.5 hr wait ended up catching Lyft.

I had a horrible experience at @BaymontInn by @WyndhamHotels in Houston Brookhollow on Feb 18. My room was infested with insects that bit me, leaving rashes all over my body. The itching was so unbearable I couldn’t sleep. As a Wyndham member, I expect better.I want a refund(1/2)
