@IcelandFoods I am sorry to put my complaint on social media but I am not getting anywhere with your customer services dept. I emailed with a complaint originally on 2/11. I have heard nothing since 4/11 when I sent my photo evidence. I have tried chasing but getting no reply

@AsdaServiceTeam I placed a large order yesterday to be delivered today. Upon checking my online order I found it had disappeared. Phoned customer service who could not explain why but assured me it would be delivered. I am disabled so cannot go to store. Its a £150 order

@virginmedia is there an issue with virgin tv in the b23 area. Service status checker is down so cannot get an answer from there. Internet seems fine but tv playing up. Thanks

@piersmorgan there is too much confusion on who can & cant work. According to my hubby work. Garden hosepipe & garden equipment are essential because the company sell to essential stores like asda b&q ect. No 2m safe distance. In your own words. The worlds gone nuts xx

@piersmorgan Hi Piers. Is making hosepipe & garden reels classed an essential job that you must go into work. My hubby is a extrusion setter & is being made to go into work in a factory where you cant work 2m apart. Is this right?? Xx

I've been a online customer for years and I'm classed as vunrable but that means nothing to them..Great customer service NOT!

@AsdaServiceTeam hi have you changed when you take payment for online grocery orders. In all the years I have used online grocery my payment has been taken on the day of delivery. Tonight I have had it taken out of my bank the day before. Many thanks
