Speaking with French people in a business setting is so funny
They be 48yo and they’re still asking peers what uni they went to
98% of them peaked in college so they feel obligated to tell you within the first 10 minutes of meeting them that they went to Polytechnique, ENS ULM or HEC
What you accomplished since literally doesn’t matter because you attended a top school so you’re part of the « elite »
I find it so pathetic
Perhaps your country would be doing better if you were proud of your accomplishments the same way you’re proud that daddy paid for HEC
Anyways
Sorry I am done venting I just had the most cringe call of my life I had to let it out
Dual citizenship was never controversial, until mass migration, housing shortages, health strains, & cultural tensions made it suspect. Now, the Irish passport feels like it’s handed out too easily as a global mobility pass. People naturalise fast, grab EU perks, then later face losing their country of origin citizenship forever where no dual citizenship is allowed if returning to live, this is pure passport shopping.
It cheapens Irish identity & the passport's value. In today's strained Ireland, dual citizenship sparks real doubt, why make it so easy when it's treated as disposable?
@GeorgeDillon@MickOKeeffe Bahahah you're full of nonsense, calm down, everything will be fine, someone from your nursing home will come and calm you George 😆
@Bbvr100@MickOKeeffe Like so many racists, you have no self-awareness.
You're a damn racist because you want to wipe out my ethnicity and nationality.
How dare you, you POS!
And you're a moron because it never occurred to you that wiping out an entire nationality is criminal racism.
@Bbvr100@MickOKeeffe American marching bands we welcomed today don't live in Ireland, you ignoramus.
And leaving those aside, your claim that there are 'many more' Americans living in Ireland than Africans shows you to be, as we used say in the Dublin of my youth, "as thick as shite in a bottle".
@AndrewN_E_W_S@MickOKeeffe I respect everyone, that's the difference with you. Years ago Irish were recognized as welcoming people, not anymore, because of people like you.
@Bbvr100@MickOKeeffe St Patrick was a Romano-British but still belongs Irish’s culture and their celebration and for ours. Don’t be insulting. You should respect Irish White people.
@GeorgeDillon@MickOKeeffe There are many more Americans living in Ireland than Africans or "paks" as you're saying. Maybe learn more about our country before saying so much sh*t.
@Bbvr100@MickOKeeffe You sound like an utter fool.
Have you never attended the Dublin parade?
It's full of unwanted Africans, Paks, Indians etc.
The American bands are welcome, because they are visitors. They will go ome.
The Indians etc won't go away.
What a dope.
- 500 000 €.
- Apport de 100 000 €.
- Crédit de 400 000 € sur 20 ans à 3,5%.
- Mensualité : ~2 320 €.
Regardons ce que ça coûte :
- Coût total du crédit (intérêts + assurance) : ~160 000 €.
- Frais de notaire : ~40 000 €.
- Taxe foncière : ~2 500 €/an, soit 50 000 € sur 20 ans.
