@kauzen1 Most running injuries / pain are caused by overloading & overuse including Achilles Tendinitis. Running on various uneven surfaces, running mostly uphill changes the biomechanics of the foot leading to the loading of the Achilles tendon in a stretch position (eccentric loading)

@thepicklejuice@u_ratoe Go to your nearest department of education (depending on which district your school fall under) with your statement of results. Ask for remark forms, they prompt you ob how to fill them in. When I did it, it cost R180 per subject.
