हुसैन मंसूरी! एक मिडिल क्लास घर से निकले कॉलेज की पढ़ाई पूरी की फ़िर छोटी मोटी जॉब करके अपना जीवन गुजार रहे थे, लेकिन फ़िर आई कोरोना महामारी जिसने लोगों को झझकोर रख दिया था जब लोगों को अपनी जान बचाने की पढ़ी थी उस वक़्त इन्होंने लोगों को खाना पहुंचाया और जिन्हें दवा की जरूरत थी उन्हें दवाई मुहैया कराई, जो काम सिस्टम को करना चाहिए था वह काम हुसैन मंसूरी कर रहे थे। आज भी हुसैन मंसूरी जी भूखों को खाना खिलवाते हैं मरीजों को दवाई जिन्हें जो ज़रूरत होती है कपड़ों की खाने की दवाई की सब तक पहुंचाने में सफल होते हैं। जहां कुछ लोग मदद के नाम पर वीडियो बनाने के बाद मदद की हुई चीजें वापिस ले लेते हैं वहीं मंसूरी जी ऐसा बिल्कुल भी नहीं करते। सलाम है भाई आपके जज्बे को 🙏🏼

Rattan, Respect your good intentions!see if you can save this communication of mine because we need to brace for this occurrence in future. Present Indian Govt is already practicing an idealistic approach on use of Fertilizers. It's fear of Chemical Fertilizers is rather unfounded. It wouldn't be an exaggeration if I say "It is bent on doing a Srilanka on us"! I mean Srilankans practiced this and the results were shortage of food. Time and again fertilizer shortage is being created. Subsidizing policy of Fertilizers which has long been there to help Farmers is rankling them and they are now itching to remove it one way or the other. This kharif season urea wasn't available at all. On top of it floods destroyed everything. If India was able to see record outputs in last 4/5 decades it was all because of the these much maligned- ' the chemical fertilizers' of today. Yes, haphazardly spraying herbicide without any requirement, which am sure no farmer does will always remain a bad approach. Also i do not deny the goodness of Farmyard manure or Vermicompost made out of it. Also note - Urea has 46 % nitrogen, means 100 kg of urea would have 46 kg of nitrogen by weight. Whereas Vermicompost has less than 5%. A good Vermicompost 50 kg bag if bought from market costs 500 Rs. Instead of one or two bags we would need 1000 kg of Vermicompost to apply that much nitrogen in an acre in lieu of 2 urea bags. The Vermicompost cost can of course come down if a Farmer produces his own Vermicompost (meaning- he has his own cattle and the dung is regularly supplied to his site and filled in the vermicompost making bags as and when necessary) but quantity would still remain the same. For simple Farmyard manure this per acre requirement is usually in trolleys not bags or kg(s) At a smaller level as you said as in kitchen gardening or for self consumption it is v much achievable but feeding over a billion people with much hyped natural or organic farming is quite an uphill task! (Hopefully we will discuss this when we meet some day and also have better views tethered to our discussion😊🙏)

ਇੱਕ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੋਹਣੀ ਕੁੜੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ..ਉਹ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ..ਪਰ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਉਸ ਕੁੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਚਮੜੀ ਦਾ ਰੋਗ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਸਦੀ ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ ਘੱਟਣ ਲੱਗ ਗਈ....ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਉਹ ਮੁੰਡਾ ਕਿਤੇ ਦੂਰ ਸਫਰ ਤੇ ਚਲਾ ਗਿਆ,ਜਦ ਵਾਪਸ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਐਕਸੀਡੈਂਟ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾ ਦੀ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ...ਹੁਣ ਵੀ ਉਹਨਾ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹਿਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਵਾਂਗ ਚਲਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ..ਪਰ ਜਿਵੇ-ਜਿਵੇ ਦਿਨ ਬੀਤਦੇ ਗਏ,ਕੁੜੀ ਦੀ ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ ਘਟਦੀ ਗਈ...ਅੰਨੇ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਵਾਰੇ ਕੋਈ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਆਹਿਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਫਰਕ ਨਾ ਪਿਆ...ਮੁੰਡਾ ਉਸ ਕੁੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਨਾ ਹੀ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਜਿਨਾ ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੁੜੀ ਵੀ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦੀ... ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਕੁੜੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ...ਉਸਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਝਟਕਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ...ਮੁੰਡੇ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰਿਵਾਜ ਪੂਰੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਇਰਾਦਾ ਕਰ ਤੁਰ ਪਿਆ..ਪਿੱਛੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਆਦਮੀ ਨੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ , “ਹੁਣ ਤੂੰ ਇਕੱਲਾ ਕਿਵੇ ਤੁਰੇਗਾ ?? ਪਹਿਲਾ ਤਾਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਰਾਹ ਦਿਖਾ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਸੀ” ਉਸਨੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ , ਮੈ ਅੰਨਾ ਨਹੀ ,ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਨਾਟਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ,ਕਿਉਕਿ ਅਗਰ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਕਿ ਮੈ ਉਸਦੀ ਕਰੂਪਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਸਕਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਉਸਦੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਧ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਿੰਦੀ..ਇਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਆਤਮ-ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਲਗਦਾ...ਇਸੇ ਲਈ ਮੈ ਅੰਨੇ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਨਾਟਕ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ,,ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਪਤਨੀ ਸੀ ,ਮੈ ਸਿਰਫ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਖੁਸ਼ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ.. ........... “ਕਦੇ-ਕਦੇ ਇੱਕ-ਦੂਜੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਮੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਖੋ-ਪਰੋਖੇ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅੰਨੇ ਬਣਨਾ ਵੀ ਸਹੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ,,ਇਸ ਤਰਾ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਜਿੰਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ..ਸਦਾ ਕਮੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖੀ ਦਾ (Copy from FB )
