Christine Jones, 61, was gunned down in a Madison parking ramp by ex-coworker Diamond Wallace because she supported President Trump.
The criminal complaint stated that 31-year-old Diamond Wallace, who is charged with first degree intentional homicide and possession of a firearm after a felony conviction, worked with 61-year-old victim Christine Jones at a Madison hotel until April 2025.
After being fired, police believe Wallace slashed Jones’ tires after accusing Jones of being racist because she supported President Donald Trump.

If we are asserting it is the Catholic position that Israel has the right to exist, what does that right derive from? Historically the Church has been negatively disposed to all 19th century nationalist projects of which Zionism is the last.
The only sense in which the Church recognizes Israel's right to exist is as a diplomatic formality arising from the Vatican's recognition of Israel, not as a natural right of the kind the Opus Dei natural law influencers on the Commission like Ryan Anderson believe in, and certainly not as a divine right as Christian Zionists believe.
So if the Vatican has extended that recognition, what has Israel done to reciprocate it? Basically nothing, and there are several places Israel is in breach of its commitments in the Fundamental Agreement with the Holy See.
So Catholics are being treated as the freiers of this deal, suckers, the pope is being taken for a ride by the bad faith and several breaches by the state of Israel. Would that the bishops had something to say about that if they're going to weigh in on these things. But alas, Your Excellency, the Daily Wire would cancel you.

Over the past several weeks, Carrie Prejean Boller has complained that she was removed from the Presidential Commission on Religious Liberty because of her Catholic beliefs, and she has called out myself and other Catholic members of the commission for not defending her. This is absurd. Mrs. Prejean Boller was not dismissed for her religious convictions but rather for her behavior at a gathering of the Commission last month: browbeating witnesses, aggressively asserting her point of view, hijacking the meeting for her own political purposes. The Catholic position on matters of “Zionism,” to which I fully subscribe, is as follows: all forms of antisemitism are to be unequivocally condemned; the state of Israel has a right to exist; but the modern nation of Israel does not represent the fulfillment of Biblical prophecies and hence does not stand beyond criticism. If Mrs. Prejean Boller were dismissed for holding these beliefs, it is difficult to understand why I am still a member of the Commission. To paint herself as a victim of anti-Catholic prejudice or to claim that her religious liberty has been denied is simply preposterous.
