Just got word from the docotrs that I have been diagnosed with cancer (embryonal carcinoma). It is just a obstacle well all have them and we all have to fight them. I am not scared because god and my family is with me.

To be a small guard at the next level you need to have atleast one unique skill that sets you apart (Scorer, playmaker, control tempo, elite defender) AND you need to be a dog.. tough mentally and physically. There are a lot of small guards, but not alot that have that combo.

Recruits: at any level, getting there is only the beginning! It doesn’t matter what level, they will always try to recruit better players…and yes that goes for your position! D1, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO, USCAA, etc…they are always going to try to get better. YOU have to get better!

Our society has a backwards approach to leadership. We make the freshmen/rookies carry the bags, be last in line, and do all of the dirty work.
Great leaders SERVE, they do the dirty work, dive for 50/50 balls, and they don’t make it about themselves- they make it about others.
