@Naomi_D_Harvey @eva_loena Yes! I use these, I inject once a week, and use the untranslated once a week , and when my husband ( who gives me the shot) is away. I feel it works … ( for me , B12 makes my tinnitus less loud. Notice it with shot & intra nasal).

Has anyone here ever had intranasal B12? I see it used in research studies, but have never heard of someone using it IRL. Just curious to hear if it’s a thing :)

Okay, WTF... Cliënt heeft ADHD-onderzoek laten doen. Heeft inderdaad ADHD, blijkt, maar: "We geven de diagnose niet af, want je wilt bij ons geen behandeling doen." Ik heb hier nog nóóit van gehoord. Iemand?

SARS-COV-2 in Colorectal Cancer of IBD Patients. 🔥Small study but with frightening findings! ‼️GI cancers as LC 😷 ➡️The growing incidence of colorectal cancer(CRC) in our patients in the past two years is IMPORTANT. ➡️It has been hypothesized that inflammation related to SARS-CoV-2 infection can affect cancer cell proliferation, without having a direct oncogenic effect. ➡️IBD-associated CRC (colorectal cancer) arises from a specific carcinogenic pathway involving chronic inflammation which is distinct from the traditional pathways. ➡️We observed a sudden increase in CRC incidence. Between June 2022 and May 2024, 6 of our patients presented with ano-rectal cancer (4 in the lower rectum and two in the anal canal) ➡️The type of tumour and its locations also calls our attention, as well as the fact that ALL TUMOURS have SARS-COV-2 protein abundance. ➡️Whether an epiphenomenom, part of the cause or a trigger for CRC of this specific type, will have to be dilucidated in prospective studies. ➡️We do not know if coronavirus stays longer in the bowel mucosae of our IBD patients (long covid) or maybe just in a subpopulation. ➡️It is of clinical relevance no matter whether the coronavirus is a mere spectator or an actor. ‼️MORE SCIENCE IS URGENTLY NEEDED Crohn for instance is a chronic, inflammatory GI disease, and as such identified as an autoimmune disease. We also already know that SarsCoV2 can trigger possible new autoimmune diseases, a new IBD onset included. I can tell you from an ongoing personal experience, YOU DON’T WANT TO DEVELOP CROHN! @PatientPersists I find that so intriguing: emotional & cognitive effort = muscle pain in arms / legs/ fingers & DVN pain & fysical effort/ short Walk= mostly breathlessness later on, not so much muscle pain The body is a wierd machine

Does my heart not get PEM? Or only when beating hard? What about my gut muscles? My breathing muscles? Why do I mostly feel it in my arms and legs?

@Gooische_Vrouw @guustweet Pax rebound= is een gerapporteerd ‘rebound’-effect waarbij u in de dagen na het aanvankelijke herstel van de ziekte ofwel opnieuw positief test en/of een terugkeer van de symptomen ervaart. Dit wordt ook wel de ‘Paxlovid-rebound’ genoemd.

Day 13 of testing covid positive, day 15 of isolation. Luckily it’s just a cold and not the virus that made me bedbound in the first place!
