Always this. 100 mph exit velo in the cage looks great. We want guys that actually get jobs done. Move runners over get bunts down get the run in with less than two. Make dirt ball reads without being told. Teach kids how to win in games not just the underwear Olympics.

@CoachMarcusHill Amen coach Marcus. I see it up this way, the winning at an early age attracts parents to a club, but when it's time to play real or big boy baseball, they're absolutely lost because they weren't taught anything! Seen 15u players not be able to do what our younger 11s do.

Dear organization that won’t be named but can’t seem to leave us alone, stop taking every kid and not teaching them anything. They show up to our tryouts and don’t even know how to warm up. They don’t know their cutoff responsibilities or even how to show up on time. They don’t have any prep step for groundballs and they swing and miss too much in batting practice. I get that you’re trying to keep the doors open but at least try to teach them something while they’re there. Maybe less make believe commitment graphics idk.
