@OntheBeachUK I’m trying to get someone to call me for a holiday booking but there is no form of number to speak to a human? If possible can someone private message me and I will forward my mobile to be able to spend some money with you please.

@OntheBeachUK please explain why I've been trying to contact webchat for MONTHS about change of flight times with a booked and paid for transfer and yet cannot get a response or change anything!! Even the transfer company said you're shit!

@OntheBeachUK you make it so easier to book a holiday but if you need changes so so difficult…AI is not the way forward, no way of getting through to a human..AI says call hotel, airlines etc, airlines say call On the Beach #backtosquare1 #nightmare
