The biggest controversy at Livingston was the Kerr tackle on Moore. It wasn’t a penalty as the first contact is outside the box. The law is very clear on this. The initial contact was outside the box & the rest of his body follows through into the box. "Foul continuing into the box" is only for holding/pulling. It doesnt count for pushing or kicking. However, the big debate should be was Kerr denying Moore a goal scoring opportunity? If the answer is yes? It’s a red card and Rangers have plenty of time to get a winner v 9 players.
