Yeah calling someone a “fucking bitch” after killing them is the classic sign of a committed Christian and family man.

@apinionsvary @ImFiredUp2 No one should trespass. End of story.

If he felt threatened, why did he open the door in the first place?
You met them with a gun, but you didn't open the door and immediately shoot them, right?
I'm assuming you properly assessed the situation and acted accordingly.
That is not what happened here.
Btw, if a man that looked like you showed up at his door, I'll all but guarantee that this pussy wouldn't have even gone near it. He would have hid under his bed and called 911. He saw this older woman, someone he knew he could overpower and he did what he did. He made the decision to do it well before he opened the door imo.

🚔 FUENTES PEPPER SPRAY/BATTERY DOUBLE STANDARD EXPOSED!
Let’s put this in perspective for everyone saying Nick Fuentes was justified in what he did to this woman.
- He immediately pepper-sprayed a woman in the face as she approached his door non-aggressively, just knocking and filming, with no threats or resistance.
- He shoved her so she fell and broke her phone, yelled an expletive, grabbed her phone, and slammed the door.
Now imagine the exact same sequence, but it is a police officer on duty, in uniform, on the street dealing with a woman acting in the exact same manner.
This would be excessive force because:
- Under the Graham v. Connor standard, force must be objectively reasonable based on the severity of any crime (none here), immediate threat to safety (none), and active resistance or flight (none).
- Pepper spray and a physical shove are not justified as an immediate response to a passive, non-threatening encounter.
- Departments’ own policies require de-escalation and verbal commands first in low-threat situations like this.
Realistic consequences for that officer would include:
- Immediate removal from duty and paid administrative leave
- Internal Affairs / Professional Standards investigation
- Near-certain termination for policy violations (excessive force, failure to de-escalate, conduct unbecoming)
- Possible misdemeanor criminal charges such as assault or battery
- A civil lawsuit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for excessive force, almost always resulting in a settlement (often tens or hundreds of thousands paid by the city/taxpayers)
- Risk of decertification by the state POST board, making it extremely difficult or impossible to work in law enforcement again
The public outcry would be extreme:
- The bodycam plus civilian video would go massively viral within hours
- Nationwide media coverage, public outrage, protests at the department
- Demands for the officer’s immediate firing and intense scrutiny of the entire agency
The same people justifying this for Nick Fuentes would never justify or accept the exact same actions from a police officer.
Bottom line: If it’s not okay for the police, it’s not okay for Nick Fuentes either.

@apinionsvary @rev_bayes She experienced the FO stage. Lesson learned.
English

@rev_bayes You failed to understand the significance of excessive force.
English

@Tommy4Trump420 @apinionsvary He had a ring doorbell you can talk through it no need to go out and assault her
English

@apinionsvary Big man pepper spray a woman then shoving her when she can't see and defend herself smh hope he spends time in jail
English

@apinionsvary @DefiyantlyFree All you people saying Fuentes did nothing wrong, do you think he would have done the same thing if it was a 6’ 200# man at his door?
English

@apinionsvary She was doxxing him. Maybe she’ll think twice next time before she tries doing that to someone.
