@LanceTHESPOKEN R Mason or Casius Howell should be the pick.

Even if the Chiefs go edge at 29, they’re banking on that player to hopefully become George Karlaftis because that’s the level of edge rusher you get that late in the 1st round. And we know what Karlaftis is, good at his best. The Chiefs blew their chance to get a real difference making edge rusher for the next decade.

The same folks suggesting that the Chiefs should wait to address edge rush at 29 are the same people who crucify George Karlaftis....who was literally picked at 30. It is VERY RARE finding top tier edge rushers after the top 15 picks.

@LanceTHESPOKEN The problem is all the top players edge rushers in the draft may also be gone by pick 9.

I fully expect Veach to sign a veteran pass rusher, but all of the best FA edge rushers are essentially gone and I don't think the he had any intention of spending that type of money at that position this offseason. Edge with their first pick in the draft is a must.
