I've been quiet on here lately, or at least not as active, so changing that by sharing some of the projects I've built over the past year in an ongoing thread.

Every recruiter reaching out to me wants someone in-office for 4-5 days a week to 'collaborate'. I have shipped 30+ websites per year for years completely remotely in my back office. What could in-person possibly offer me that is better than my dog, my wife, and afternoon walks.

We've been in Europe (🇷🇸🇮🇹) for 8 years, and one week ago we moved to Quebec (🇨🇦). Here are my first impressions (good + bad) Good - Almost all of Europe has gotten so expensive that the prices here are genuinely good for basically everything, especially consumer goods. - A truly beautiful, rich, and unique culture which the locals are proud of. This shocks me to see in Canada but makes me very happy. - Gorgeous, pristine nature. I've seen less litter in 10 days than I'd usually see in 1 hour. Fishing is also prime here. - People (mostly). Growing up in Ontario I had this view that French Canadians are rude to the English ones. It's just what I've heard. My experience has been the opposite. Everyone has been so, so nice and helpful (except the Karens). Just don't walk up to people expecting them to speak English. That's rude anywhere, not just in Quebec. - Shopping. North America BRUTALLY mogs Europe in the store department. If you've never been in a Costco before, you don't know what you are missing Bad - Ingredients in products at the grocery store. WTF are you people putting in your bodies?!?! You can find good stuff but you have to dig for it. - So many Karens compared to Europe. I already knew this was the case before coming here but it's different when you actually experience it Loving it so far. Will keep y'all posted with my thoughts as time goes on. 😁

Sidenote: Only buy stuff that you won't get bored of in a week

Native Webflow interactions are great for a lot of things. Complex sequenced 3D animations aren't one of them.
