@zendadddy I have a 34" non curved 5k2k - I don't know if they make it anymore, and there's probably better tech now. All this to say, flat felt like the way to go with design but I have never actually subjected myself to a curved display 😂

designers, what’s your monitor setup? I’m a clam shell laptop + Apple Studio Display, but strongly considering a large curved monitor. curious to see what others are doing.

@DavidofSeattle I have done interviews in the past while freelance and it always feels like I have the upper hand. It kinda rules.

@devinsfountain Honestly with 30+ ships a year, you're the one who should be interviewing them.

Every recruiter reaching out to me wants someone in-office for 4-5 days a week to 'collaborate'. I have shipped 30+ websites per year for years completely remotely in my back office. What could in-person possibly offer me that is better than my dog, my wife, and afternoon walks.

@devinsfountain The irony is the people demanding in-office are usually the least productive ones in the building. Remote workers who ship 30 sites a year don't need supervision, they need to be left alone.

@rroruman my office currently offers dog, sunlight, but uhhhhh equity is not up for grabs :|

@devinsfountain Hard to beat a remote setup that includes your dog, your wife, afternoon walks, and 30 shipped websites. The office would need to offer equity, sunlight, and a golden retriever to compete.
