Got Rosie a new dress today, to wear for her mum's funeral. Was going to look for something black, but thought sod it, she can be in something nice. It'll be a difficult enough day for her as is. It's blue & white with flowers & bunny rabbits on it. So there.

Absolutely blown away by yet another ChatGPT bit of help. I've been doing my own hair colour at home, in between salon visits, for years... due to cost but also I still haven't found a good hairdresser yet who does what I like. I was using a particular salon brand (Wella Illumina for those who know) and buying the professional colours on Amazon. I fancied using a different brand and wanted a new formula for the balayage/root smudge. The amazing Bot that she is has given me a new formula with names/colour numbers/ratios and timings all in a bullet point instruction list that I can print off. Absolutely bloody amazing. I was in doubt that it could be done. No faffing and concise. Perfect!! I was excited.. .I know, boring to most of you I'm sure. Lol!

Hello, my mother is 65 years old, and everyone in my family is against her changing her appearance because she cut her hair too short. I look forward to your sincere and kind opinion. Thank you.

I am going through taking care of my husband of 40 years while he is on hospice care now. He is going through the combative stage where he is mad at his body and can't control it. He refuses to take the meds they want him to take and yells most of the time he is awake. I like to tell people he always talks like a sailor because he was one. He is so strong and so determined to get the most out of this life, that he will sometimes stay awake 24 hours, and then of course I have too also. I have no complaints as I would not want to be anywhere else but right here by his side. I cannot even begin to think what my life will be like without this man. If you would take just a few minutes, I would appreciate some prayers for him. Thank you.

What an amazing day! We have been out on the moor, Daddy fired up the Barbara Q and the tunes are on. I joined in on the tuna and had pork steaks with x6 veggies. Hope you’re all having fun in the sun 🥰🐾

We is out and we is about. Daddies brought me into the city to our favourite Spanish place. I have tried some tuna, some squids, prawns and some steak. Meeting new friends is always a bonus too. Hope you’re all having an epic weekend, I know I am 🙌🏼🥰🐾

@TALKGlRL They all seem to have a seam around the waist. Get rid of this and find something that will just skim over your curves instead of cutting you off in the middle.

@HeatherBo63 My bottom has disappeared - it’s moved round to my tummy! I eat the same and weigh the same (8st 9lbs) - it’s just the shape that has changed!🤣 I’m 66.

What is this weird bodily volume that appears above your waistline, once you get past 60???? I eat the same small amount of food I’ve always eaten. Bleedin’ metabolism.

@Weaire @Sandra55 The sciatic nerve starts in your lower back and runs down the back of both thighs, the sides of the calves and into the feet. Therefore, you can get sciatica in either leg, not just the right.

@Sandra55 Sorry you are suffering but good news is it doesn't sound like sciatica. That usually affects just the right leg and lower back. It is really excruciating. I think you would know if you had it! Some gentle stretches would probably help

My head tells me I did the right thing in mowing the patch yesterday (after my exercise class) my body tells me otherwise 😢 Don’t know if I’ve got a sort of sciatica- pain runs from my back and down the sides of both legs - anyway it aches 😳 Getting old ain’t for wimps 😳

Lawns cut, a little weeding done. Just had a toasted hot cross bun for lunch, cup of tea made & a sit down to watch racing 😊 Quick trip to Aldi later combined with picking up fish & chips for tea

@EmmaJanesLife What a star! There’s quite an art to wallpapering and I haven’t got it! Your new home is looking lovely. I’m sure you’ll be very happy there, and Hartley too. xx

Anybody else outside of the south east of England experiencing anything like 25-26 degrees today? Don’t get me wrong, it’s beautiful and sunny here in Cheshire but our feels like temperature is only 14 degrees! 🥶

@ThomasR14336083 Everything feels rushed now. They've gone from dragging storylines out far too slowly, to now rushing them and missing chunks out of a story. They can't seem to find the right balance ir pace.

Whilst I genuinely enjoyed tonight's installment but did anyone else feel like they'd missed an episode? We end with Debbie in prison on Friday & open tonight's with her on the swings. I notice this happens regularly, is this due to the 30 min episodes or just bad writing?#Corrie

Further to my earlier post, I am now sat in A&E in Torbay Hospital. Thank you to all the people who told me the Optician WOULD NOT have informed me to attend Hospital to get my eye problem looked at. He did. Thank you also to all the people who said I was making the whole story up. I'm not. Thanks to the people who said that EVERY Hospital has specialist eye treatment centres. They dont. Thank you to those who suggested I drive 50 miles to a cottage hospital that couldn't have helped to diagnose the problem. They obviously cannot. Thank you to all the people who have never had eye problems but appear to believe they are experts in Opthalmology. They aren't. Thank you to the few people who told me I should contact my GP despite them being closed until Tuesday morning. Thank you to all the people who tried to fill in the gaps to the original story by making up their own bits that didn't actually happen. And thank you to the people who continue to insist they are absolutely right about everything they've written despite them being 100% incorrect.
