Taken out of context? We think not Does @cllrSPandor think this can just be brushed under the carpet?? This is a very clear statement about his own agenda that he is ‘trying his best’ to achieve. disgraceful! (1/2)

@KathPinnock @KirkleesCouncil Many thanks for your reply. Kirklees have told us it's the responsibility of the Highways Agency (it isn't) and then Bradford Council which a fraction of it is but 90% is Kirklees. It floods every time it rains.

@Beardsworths @KirkleesCouncil @spenguardian We will report all the blocked drains, as we do now. Please let us know of any. We persist until they are cleared. (it can take some time, unfortunately).

@spenguardian @KathPinnock It's Happened!!! Deepest ever A58 flood. Our thanks go out to @KirkleesCouncil for ignoring our complaints for the last two years and allowing this to happen.

We have begun our tree grafting this year. We are planing on propagating about 4000 fruit trees and 1500 ornamentals.
