The Ministry of Education and Sports @Educ_SportsUg should ban school trips until standard operating procedures for School Trips have been set and enforced. Forexample Schools without school buses and Licenced drivers shouldn't organise school trips! The levels of recklessness in Uganda are alarming especially among road users. Schools can't continue risking children's lives. The Ministry of Education should set SOPs for School Trips under the supervision of traffic police @PoliceUg . Not every random bus with random driver should be Licenced to carry innocent children for a school trip.
mbale's finest🇺🇬@mbales_finest

One of the teachers who organized the trip for thr learners of king David junior school doesn’t even know what to tell the parents.🥹

While critiques of leadership are fair, let’s stick to facts: President Museveni has delivered decades of stability, infrastructure growth & regional security contributions after Uganda’s turbulent past. Gen Muhoozi as CDF has modernized the UPDF with welfare reforms, new assets & effective ops in Somalia/DRC among others Aid shifts reflect global policy changes, not isolation—Uganda is diversifying trade with UAE, India & EAC for $500B ambitions. Age doesn’t erase results; capability is proven by outcomes. Focus on building, not sinking the boat. Uganda moves forward. Keep enjoying your money at the expense of Ugandans.

Guys, Museveni is old (So Very old and frail), and Muhoozi is not capable. Everyone can see it. America can see it. Uganda is no longer a reliable trade partner, security partner, or partner of any kind. Finally, countries are becoming embarrassed to associate themselves with Uganda. However much you may argue, these are fundamental truths. Those of you who support the current regime are in a sinking boat. Things are changing. The problem is that Muhoozi wants to destroy the country in the process. This destruction is exactly what we must stop; otherwise, we will have to rebuild our reputation from scratch. For example, U.S. funding has dropped from about $1 billion annually in 2023 to about $200 million annually because of the January 20, 2025, U.S. executive order halting global development aid. This drop happened within 3 years. Do not get me wrong: I am not overjoyed by this. I think Uganda’s funding should be entirely cut for non-humanitarian purposes because money intended for development goes straight into the pockets of corrupt officials. Now you know why they are so angry. They are no longer in control, and they will not regain that control anytime soon. Museveni is too old. Muhoozi is incapable of running a country. Uganda has become a liability. We will not have a chance to build fair trade relationships and genuine, non-exploitative business partnerships with other countries until Museveni is gone.

This tricycle is the most dangerous thing on the road. They must be restricted to:- 1- farmland 2-off any tarmac roads . 3-The riders must carry a driver's permit. 4-And they must not ride at night It's the biggest killer now. Save lives. @PoliceUg @MoWT_Uganda

Dear H.E. @KagutaMuseveni, we want God to grant you 100+ years so you can witness @jumuiya Federation. However, the federation is becoming a pipe dream unless we take certain steps. I propose to start with Kenya-Ganda confederation. Once deployed in Nairobi, I'll focus on this🙏

Happy with Minister @BalaamBarugahar’s hands-on approach or is it bothering you? Basically anything local government is in his docket. Think regional/district schools, roads, hospitals etc. As citizens, we should help the Minister improve service delivery at local level instead of fighting him.
I'll See What I can do.@musanarobert

@TonyNatif good morning, please could you help and summarize for me where the mandate of the Local government minister stops? Have a blessed day. 🙏

Selective rights and silence on abuses erode justice but the fix isn’t more slogans. Due process, evidence, and equal application of law must hold for every suspect, not just convenient ones. Weaponizing “human rights” for political allies while ignoring the rest exposes the real corruption of standards, not minds.

Dear Lawyers @ug_lawsociety @LawStudentsEA Your potential clients [suspects of corruption, embezzlement and abuse of office] are being misadvised to make confessions on Camera due to fear of potential arrest, imprisonment and interdiction. [The suspect in this video is definitely in big trouble]! These suspects need to be advised that the Ministers do not have legal mandate to forgive crimes, it's a trap. They need to know that if you admit commission of a crime you must be ready to face the law and answer accordingly. Therefore confessions and admissions shouldn't be as a result of intimidation or fear of arrest, imprisonment and interdiction BUT out of conviction to say the truth and admit guilt. I'm sure my President of Uganda who believes in African Traditional Justice system of admitting guilt and thereafter seeking reconciliation won't agree with me!
