So both California and Texas did it legally according to their Constitutions, which is why both were upheld when they were appealed.

Black college athletes need to stop signing with these Confederate states that are getting rid of Black majority districts. They don't mind if you perform for them, they just don't want ppl who look like you to have power. Go to a Blue state college

Third Party could be a retired judge, a committee, an independent law firm. The Bill also would allow redrawing ONLY after the Census - every 10 years. Common Sense.

Tarrio was convicted in May 2023 of seditious conspiracy for his role in the 2021 United States Capitol attack. In September 2023, Tarrio was sentenced to 22 years in prison, before being pardoned by U.S. president Donald Trump.
