The guy asked me if I could rebuild an arch over his driveway. 😂 duh If anyone was wondering what craftsmanship looks like… Being able to build cool shit like this is something to be proud of

Raw milk is actually quite safe, based on the data. In the US from 2005-2020: ➥ There have been ~100 outbreaks of infections from raw milk ➥ The vast majority of these outbreaks cause small amounts of illness (<38 cases) ➥ This minute amount of illness has resulted in 170 total hospitalizations ➥ Raw milk has killed 2 people ➥ Many other foods infect, hospitalize and kill people more often than raw milk ➥ Food is not even the biggest source of infectious disease, other people are ➥ Raw milk production is increasing while illness remains steady or declines ➥ TENS OF MILLIONS of gallons of raw milk are produced yearly ➥ From 2016-2020, there were ZERO illnesses in New York despite increased production. ➥ Raw milk is fully legal in California, yet there have been ZERO reported illnesses from it from 2016-2020. Know your source, it's not zero risk. But it's not nearly the risk many want you to believe it is.

Raw milk is NOT the hazard we have been told it is. The risks of it have been massively overblown by the media and government health organizations. In fact, statistically, getting sick from it is almost impossible. Let’s take a look at the numbers⬇️

Amazing study showing that near infrared light increases cognitive function. But here is the problem: this study specifically used 1064 nm, which is not a very common wavelength. So everybody is out there trying to find devices that have 1064. But you don’t need to worry about. We know that near in red light wavelengths from 800 to 1400 nm have very similar biological effects on us. You don’t specifically need 1064. Any device that is powerful enough and contains near infrared light, usually in the 800 nm range, will probably give you the same benefits.

A new study has shown that red light therapy improves connectivity in the brain & enhances memory, within 20 minutes. (🧵1/7)

🧐🧊 This mesmerizing phenomenon occurs because liquid oxygen is highly paramagnetic (attracted to magnets), and it boils at an incredibly low temperature, roughly 200°C colder than room temperature.

More than 12 months ago we targeted early May to hit the track and, just after 9am yesterday, right on cue, MCL-HY exited the pits for the first time. With @MikkelhJensen at the wheel, we started a new chapter, and began working through our run plan line by line…
