Someone needs to create a website for healthy meal ideas that don't all have 10+ ingredients and don't take 30+ minutes to cook👨‍🍳 Most websites try to glorify healthy meals and overlook what is realistic and achievable for the average person. If it exists, please let me know🙃

@synapse101 I often cop grief about this when I say “I don’t have time to cut garlic”. When I’m running in the door, close to 7pm, with 2 small screaming kids in the kitchen I’m doing whatever is most time effective

I use Jarlic. You don't like the food products other people use, no problems, unless they are force feeding you you can jog the heck on.

@LindaDrummond I planned for this as I was a complete mess for days after my 2nd shot! After booster I just had a slight headache & swollen lymph nodes 👍🏻 win/win minimal symptoms AND a day off 😃

May I strongly recommend you plan a day of leave after your booster. Protection has a price (but who doesn't love an excuse to nap all day?)
