Sometimes the greatest challenge to our health and wellness is not what we are eating but what we are holding on to. If you are holding on to bitterness, anger and the wrongs of the past they will poison you from the inside out. Choose to forgive fast. The faster you forgive the sooner you start healing and growing.

The worst decision in my life as a born and raised Nashvillian? Shutting down Opryland to open a shopping mall they could have built anywhere. Opryland would be even more popular today than it was when I was a kid. Huge whiff by the city. Loved it. Miss it.
