Seeing praise for the editing in Sugar on @AppleTV, saying it’s giving “Shutter Island vibes” and that it's intentional for the character. WHAT?!? I'm all for disorienting filmmaking if it serves story, but scenes like this are tough to watch. Hope there's a point to these cuts.

@MannyAMunoz if you're half watching when you are on your Apple iPhone 15 Pro... maybe you wouldn't notice.

Much of the first two episodes feels like something is "off" in the filmmaking. Like I said, I hope it serves the story in a later reveal. But I can't help to think that some of these cuts are intended to be fixes more than flourishes.

I’ve said this before but the nba fan consensus (except when concerning Kobe) tends to be extremely fair and good at assessing careers. And they demand you have to win a title as the clear best player on the team to get credit. If you fail you get mocked but you can try again.

If jokic wins title this year, it’s a full title like the dirk and Giannis titles. KD titles for reference are 0.25. And w 2 MVPs and a full title, Jokic passes KD on the all time list. *bangs gavel
