Coaching can be emotionally taxing. I can get very attached to how others are doing and how the org is performing. This can be so heavy that it flattens me at times.

@agileschools Yep. Most people would not think this to be so about me, but I feel this way a lot. Learning to be better with it but it does feel lonely.

Interesting to never feel you are a part of a group. Most of me is OK with it, there are unique strengths and contributions you can make with that. The other part of me feels sad about it. Always the way it has been for me, always on the edge looking in at others.

Wrapping up the week with mixed emotions. Proud of all accomplished. Missing a friend, bringing up the loss of another friend. Grateful for my team & community. Sad/angry that we are still in this mess. Curious what next week will bring. Use a GIF to share your current headspace!
