#TedLasso might not be your thing, and that's fine, but the influence of a popular and well-produced show that embraces optimism and empathy is never a bad thing, especially given the tsunami of rage and bleakness we absorb through social media every day. I'm so grateful for it.

I'm looking for a workshop "game": It's about showing how moods are contagious. Everybody closes the eyes and the facilitator walks through the room and "infects" people by touching their shoulders. Does anybody have instructions for facilitating this? @eegrove You maybe?

It’s easy to think “it’s just a few minutes.” But as the number of people that you hold up increases, the true cost of being late scales rapidly.
