Jackson tried to trap him with an emotional hospital-birth scenario involving illegal migrants. JACKSON: “Are we bringing pregnant women in for depositions?!” SAUER: “No. The executive order depends on lawful status. If a baby is born, a birth certificate is issued, and the system checks immigration status through existing databases.” Jackson then pushed again, asking whether parents would get a chance to prove they intended to stay in the U.S. Sauer shut that down too. @CharlieK_news Yes because I am a citizen born to a service member oversees but I'm not eligible to run for president because of that. But if you give an anchor baby citizenship they are born here, so potentially an illegals child could run. Make it make sense
