@AlyChatt @passportwaiting Mine is saying out for delivery, so im working and peering out of the window constantly.... i'll wont believe it until its in my hand. Im on a rescheduled holiday tomorrow afternoon, so this really tight if it doesnt come today.

@phoenixpestsolu @passportwaiting Are you sure you cant change it online, i just clicked on mine (as it said Wednesday) and i could change it to Tuesday. Fingers crossed, try it!

@BeckyAlice1983 @passportwaiting I’ve just got it tracked and it’s says will be delivered on Wednesday, have phoned and they said they cant deliver it any sooner 😭

@HM_Passport my pport was out for delivery on Friday, the TNT website says error and when I called the TNT office, they told me to call the passport office, which just clicks off after a few minutes as you're too busy. Ive moved my travel for holiday already from Fri to Wed.

@phoenixpestsolu @passportwaiting ive already called them, said sorry nothing they could do and to wait 'a few days' before checking. I told them i dont have any more days to wait now!! 0345 608 0630. Told me to call passport office, like they ever answer....

@phoenixpestsolu @passportwaiting same here! Mine printed and sent Friday and still not showing on the tracker. ive moved holiday to Wednesday night, but now still not convinced that it will be with me. I spoke to TNT said, sorry check back in a few days arghhhhhh

@passportwaiting My daughters has finally been printed and sent, however it’s saying error on the TNT tracking service. We really need it ASAP as she already missed her flight. Does anyone have any advice. Thanks

My passport was printed and sent for delivery Friday morning. I can still not track it online and I have reorganised my travel for tomorrow night (Tues 26th). I cant get through to anyone on the phone, sat for 45 mins before I had to go on a work call. @TNTUKOfficial Please help

So now im going nuts on the TNT tracker website refreshing every 30 mins, wondering if im putting in the details correctly!

If it doesnt go out for delivery before 4pm nothing moves until the monday therefore 2 days from then takes me to Wednesday. Has yours been approved?

@SoniaMeyrick74 @k_seewoor @HM_Passport I think its the not knowing isnt it. If they could say you are 20,000 in a queue, anticipated date of approval....25th October then we can plan accordingly and would save all of our tweets, calls, emails. They need to make changes!!

@k_seewoor @HM_Passport If my son's isn't on it's way by Monday = no travel. I did manage to get a callback and she was grumpy, unhelpful, fed up and gave no information. Implied I should just cancel. I however applied for mine at the same time and got it earlier this week.

@HM_Passport can't get through - no one responds to our enquiry forms, webchats don't work, calls cut off. Can't book an appointment as already applied. Had to cancel trip and lost a lot of money. A desperately unhappy 10yr old. We've been waiting weeks.

@SoniaMeyrick74 @HM_Passport I feel your pain, even if you do get through (which took me weeks of trying to get hold of someone) they cannot tell you anything. The cheeky thing is they updated all their online timeline weeks after id applied. It said travel under 4 weeks go normal route. Big mistake..

@HM_Passport Emily - still nothing. Do you exist? We are desperate.. is anyone there? There is no flexibility in the service. Had we known it would take longer than advertised we would have fast tracked but now we can't as the application is in. Can anyone help, please, we feel so powerless

@BeckyAlice1983 @hardcorenatty Update: rec’vd another email from them saying docs received. It’s EXACTLY the same as the one I got on Sept 30th!! Not very efficient it’s been almost a month!
