@TGIFridaysUK So disappointed with our visit this evening. Not visited since covid and won’t be going back…restaurant was absolutely filthy, toilet disgusting, food was cold and not in comparison to portion sizes it used to be! Also no shrimp! What a let down 🤢🤢

@DunelmService I’ve spoke to two colleagues via chat. First one didn’t email as advised, second one said raised and complaint and would hear within 72 hours…that was on 24th March. Why are you responses so poor and why has no one responded to my complaint?
