Instead of what we were hoping: ✨✨’dear customer, sorry your machine blew up, of course I will chase resolutions and get them to call you straight away’ ✨✨ We got several messages about my husband: He gave his consent - not good enough He rang D&G changed whole account to my name - not enough for subcontractor He rang both Hotpoint numbers you gave him - BOTH say there’s no one to take your call. Also you confirmed that Hotpoint do not have a complaints department and you can’t make phone calls. So thanks. If it was possible, you made it worse

@HotpointUK @HotpointSupport @DandG_Support It is quite something that a washing machine explodes in a house with profoundly disabled people and NO-ONE at this company care less. Still it sits here with no contact, like a momento. My daughter is traumatised as she was in the doorway and we are £900 down on launderettes to date. I guess we have to have actually been maimed to get a response

You should be. A WEEK after it exploded in my house, your ‘safety’ department have just called me as said they don’t prioritise emergencies over regular appointments. My daughter’s hearing is bad. I can’t cope with how much your company doesn’t care. I was told ‘resolutions’ would call and Safety have just said they don’t exist and are just claims.

Nathan, it has exploded. It has not ‘broken down badly’. You can say it because the engineer reports say it. The top blew off and the concrete weight hit the ceiling and went through the machine to the floor. The drum blew a hole. The ‘resolutions’ department have simply failed to contact us.

Please #help with my old VW Caravelle wheelchair car! It stops several times a day by shaking, losing power and then stopping completely. #GCSEResults shame on you @bournsideschool for removing GCSE maths resits for this year group only, and announcing it so late. Effectively banning them from sixth form. This goes for any other school that has done this. Young People’s futures are more than maths.
