@HotpointSupport very dissapointing when you wait a week to get your washing machine fixed only for it to leak after the engineer finishes the job. Now have to wait another week for another engineer! Who's paying the laundry bills??

@HotpointSupport unbelievable customer service and support, 6 month old washing machine, three failed engineer call-outs and today’s visit was cancelled part way through the agreed time slot. Next available date is two weeks away! That’s a month without a working machine. Avoid!

@HotpointSupport truly appalling service from Hotpoint Customer service these last few days. 5 month old fridge/freezer packs up and you can’t speak to anyone re escalating a complaint and getting issue resolved. So now we have no fridge freezer, having to throw away food !

If you need to book a repair on a brand new @HotpointSupport washing machine do it online via Whatsapp. The telephone number takes you through a lengthy confirmation process only at the end to tell you nobody is available to help. And whilst whatsapp is also agonisingly slow, even suggesting I phone the help number dead on 8am like a GP surgery rather than a white goods supplier, they eventually got me to an engineer date.

@HotpointSupport This issue has been looked at and I am being told there is nothing I can do as it is been decided it’s unrepairable and the fridge is bowed so classed as cosmetic

@HotpointSupport My fridge ( with 10year parts guarantee) is 21 months old . It stopped working with no power at all. You arranged an engineer which took over a week and he said that due to an internal issue it was bowed at side and therefore unrepairable . So what now????

@HotpointSupport shocking service from engineer Yonas in Sheffield twice now. Last time he wouldn’t park on the road (even though we told him we’d pay the parking) so drove off and today he marked us out without ringing the bell or calling (he phoned on the 1st failed attempt).
