Little nugget from @HHampel1’s lecture: #PMS2 is regarded differently by some European groups. Lynch syndrome is a highly penetrant condition but PMS2 mutations don’t have high penetrance so maybe it’s not a #LynchSyndrome gene. (1/2) #GREAT2020
