Apart from the Level 6 hospitals, is there any Level 5 ama L.4 hospital in the entire country with a functioning endoscopy unit? All patients with upper GI bleeding are always referred to private hospitals usiku. Hata kwa yule wa mabarua patients wote ni nje doctor's plaza.

When politicians gets sick or attacked by 'goons' the response is top notch, they are airlifted to private hospitals, but when a normal Kenyan is in need of medical emergency, ambulance is not available. Politicians don't care about us.
