Wike's daughter graduated last week from Uni Southampton. Soludo's daughter graduated from Uni Nottingham. These politicians are positioning their children for professional careers, while positioning you for political thuggery. Chai, poor man pikin, ndo! ... 😭

Earlier today, I met with the British High Commissioner to Nigeria, His Excellency Dr Richard Montgomery. We had a thoughtful discussion on the state of our democracy, the economy, the importance of strengthening our institutions, and the need to ensure that our elections remain free, fair, credible, and truly reflective of the will of the Nigerian people. As Dr Montgomery prepares to conclude his diplomatic assignment in Nigeria next month, I thanked him for his service and for the role he has played in strengthening the longstanding relationship between Nigeria and the United Kingdom. His time in Nigeria has been marked by constructive engagement and support for our democratic and economic development. I wished him well as he prepares for his next assignment and thanked him for the friendship and cooperation he has extended to Nigeria throughout his tenure. I look forward to seeing the strong relationship between our two countries continue to grow. A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO

“Tinubu has crossed every existing red line. The rule of law has been taken away from the people. In the comfort of his bedroom, he awarded a N17 Trillion contract to his friend Chagoury Chagoury, with his son as a Director in that company.” ~Solomon Dalung

Happy birthay to my darling wife. 42 years ago I took one look and said she is the one. In those years she has brought five now adult people to this world, become a professor in the college Medicine, led professional and community groups, kept me happy and continues to look 32.

How a political class in Nigeria can manage such mindless misuse of very limited public resources in the face of food insecurity and dehumanizing poverty makes one wonder if Dante's hell is hot enough

We will fight tooth and nail for the persecuted in Nigeria, where Christians are being rounded up just for wearing crosses around their necks. My heartfelt thanks to @NICKIMINAJ for keeping this in the spotlight.

Politics is not a game for the faint-hearted. The moment you realize you've made a strategic miscalculation, you do not surrender, crawl back, or negotiate from weakness. In fact, you respond with greater audacity, sharper strategy, and an unbreakable will. The first question every serious power player asks is not, "How do I escape?" It is, "What is the worst-case scenario?" Once you've confronted the worst scenario, fear loses its grip, and strategy takes over. Now that Governor Siminalayi Fubara had choosen to return to Nyesom Wike's political family and rainbow coalition under the APC, he may gain temporary peace—but at an enormous strategic cost. In politics, surrender rarely earns respect. It often signals weakness. The doors to real power could quietly close behind him. He risks becoming a man whose influence exists only in title, excluded from the rooms where critical decisions are made and absent from the conversations that shape the rivers state future. Power attracts loyalty; perceived weakness repels it. Those who gather around a leader without an independent power structure often disappear the moment they sense the center can no longer hold. If a leader fails to build alliances and loyal structures beyond the office he occupies, the office becomes his only source of authority—and when that authority is compromised, so is everything built upon it. This is the enduring lesson of power: never begin a battle you are unwilling to finish. Every challenge to an established power structure demands preparation for a larger war than the one you can see. Victory belongs not to those who avoid conflict, but to those who possess the courage, endurance, and strategic vision to outlast it. Goodbye Fubara!
