@devongovett StyleX and React Aria work so well together, they really align. My design system uses both. Looking at how Spectrum 2 does styles, it’s very different but has a lot of thematic similarities.

@devongovett It’s just perfect for me, currently building a component library with React Aria Components and StyleX. They work very well together, particularly how React Aria provides state props (isHovered) and renderProps functions for classname and children. They fit so well together.

I do remember large customers telling us about the runtime cost of some CSS-in-JS solutions hurting their apps though. I think Tamagui has been very thoughtful about perf and perhaps “CSS-in-JS” is not doing it justice
