The idea that we can "overshoot" 1.5 C and then reverse ecological damage later with carbon dioxide removal is not empirical science, but capitalist ideology, which claims, falsely, that any negative externality of growth is temporary and can be overcome by innovation.

I’ve another question . If someone was to calculate what the real cost of our energy is/will be , and we allowed for a reasonable profit for shareholders/investors , what would actually happen if we all only paid that amount & didn’t pay the greedy excess ? How big is the jail ?

BT made £1.3bn, gave £750m to shareholders and the CEO got £3.5m. We have members using foodbanks. Today BT announced £400m profit for 1/4 year. Tomorrow our members strike for the first time since 1987 and have been subjected to extreme intimidation. RT if you back them.
