Well strudels are absolute classics (my favourites with poppy seed but the classic apple one is delicious too), Sachertorte is a well known and gooooood classic as well.
My favourites probably are Kardinalschnitten (Cardinal Slices) for cakes and Mohnkronen (poppy seed crowns) and Nussschnecken (nut rolls) for pastries.
Though there are way too many amazing desserts to list here!
