@TheSimsDirect @EAHelp I still can’t launch my game. Why do I pay for EA play to not be able to use the content I pay for?!? This has been weeks now :( been playing the sims as long as I can remember and I’ve never been so disappointed with the downfall of a great game

We've been made aware of players having issues accessing The Sims 4 games through the EA App, including "failed to launch" errors & owned packs not showing up as "owned." Our team @EAHelp is working hard to investigate solutions with fixes. On Monday, the team rolled out a fix for the "update available" loop taking place & is continuing to work on resolving the above issues. We thank you for your patience & will keep you updated once we have more information to share.

@TheSimsDirect I haven’t been able to launch the game for weeks, was hoping it would fix after the update but still nothing :(

The Sims 4 released a base game update that includes a number of bug fixes to the game & Gallery as well as filtering for individual Kits in Build mode & Create a Sim. Please remember to remove any external game mods & custom content prior to updating as they may conflict.

@Stagecoach_West It did have ‘exp:’ this morning for both the buses that didn’t come, that’s what I use to figure if they’re cancelled or not. I’ve just checked the app and they’re still showing as expected for all of the stops affected.

@Beeflyon If the app does not show 'Exp: _ _ -' or 'On time' (in blue) then this is likely to be cancelled. If a service has to be cancelled at short notice, the app does not always have enough time to update the information sent over by the local team. Sorry for the inconvenience.

#Swindon We have been told that Oxford Road in Calne has been closed for the day. Service 55 will be on diversion until further notice and will be unable to service stops from the Bug and Spider to the Pippin. Bug & Spider, Bypass, School Road, North Street, to the Post Office.

It would be really useful if somehow this information could be put on to the app as I’m now nearly an hour late for work as I wasn’t aware of this.

@NetflixUK you’ve put season 8 episode 5 of Peep Show ahead of episode 4, with the wrong description so we’ve just watched it in the wrong order as it’s incorrectly listed. May want to fix this.

@EA please can someone advise - I was banned from FIFA for coin sharing. I don’t play FIFA, I requested an investigation into the matter as I’m concerned my origin account is compromised as I exclusively play the Sims on it. Your customer support clearly didn’t read my enquiry...
