@discord_support @discord I was permanently suspended for violations I did not commit, and now my alt account was suspended for ban evasion. I have not signed away my right to arbitration and will not hesitate to pursue legal matters if I keep being denied support.

I really don’t know what to do at this point. It’s interfering with development on TS!Underswap due to unforeseen factors, and I cannot get in touch with a single person from @discord_support. I feel really disheartened and upset.

@discord_support @discord If this isn't resolved, I will have to seriously consider moving communities I manage to another platform, as well as work for projects I'm involved with. I can't even make another account. I want to use a platform that values its users, and communicates with them.

@discord_support @discord It's still confusing how something like this even happened to begin with -- I don't recall making any jokes saying "I'm 5," and I sure as hell didn't post CSAM anywhere. So what gives? Why is my account permanently suspended, and how long will a review of these violations take?
