We've released TS!UNDERSWAP v2.1.1 and v2.1.2 to fix some bugs and a crash.

This is ridiculous. Not only cuz we have genuine evidence he was framed, but the implication that this matter was analyzed pretty much immediately and we were forced to wait a MONTH for any official response, only to be met with this. DISCORD DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS USERS AT ALL

So discord sat on the information and never gave any updates to the user that requested a look into the issue and after providing verification that the ban was unjustified and targeted by UTTP losers they decide to KEEP the ban in place.
More people should be speaking about this

@svishnevskiy @Xbox @discord_support Could we please ask why? On multiple occasions now, including after the team would have reviewed this, we've had multiple confirmations of bad actors being involved (i.e. potential compromised account, mass false flagging.) This is really confusing.

hi @discord @discord_support @svishnevskiy, my friend, who had his discord account since 2016, had his account falsely suspended because of a group of people who mass reported him. the people in question have admitted that these reports were false. unsuspend him.

Unfortunately @Beethovenus , who is the project manager for TS! Underswap, an ambitious fan made re-imagining of of Toby Fox’s Undertale, had their Discord account permanently suspended by an online group of bigots who spammed their account with false reports and have been harassing them with slurs for being part of the Deltarune community (another game developed by Toby Fox). Evidence of this is shared in their post below. Beethovenus uses their Discord account to manage their projects. They are currently out of work dealing with health issues and unable to manage their projects because of the ban, including work on Halo Legacies by the former SPV3 team. @discord reviewed and upheld the ban. There's been a mass increase in people taking advantage of the fact Discord has been completely gutting their support staff and systems, heavily relying on automated systems and AI, making it impossible for people to recover their accounts by denying them the opportunities to speak to real people or have their cases properly reviewed. Please share this to bring awareness to @discord so we can try to recover their account. Thank you!
