🚨#BREAKING: A viral outbreak aboard a cruise ship has left three people dead, with five additional suspected cases are now under investigation. Officials have confirmed at least one case of Hantavirus.
English

@NoupebN @rawsalerts What does Trump have to do with a ship that left from Argentina ?
English

@rawsalerts So why does viruses come up only when Trump is president?

@loner21yrn2077 @omgjulissaa Sounds pretty homoerotic
Calm your sassy ass down

@omgjulissaa Anything that involves my ass should be left alone wtf

Assuming you make $19 an hour then you clear $923 a month but that doesn't include taxes. You might be lucky to clear $500 a month. And what about health insurance? If you are renting an apartment then your electric, water and Internet sounds too high. You should be able to shave those items maybe by half? You need to get that income up at least $5 an hour. Providing you mostly eat at home you should do fine with $24 an hour.

@Vibrato444 @DONoticing Simple math
You need combined income of 131,666 to afford your home
60 hours an hour = 125,800 annually
So yes , a single person would need approximately $60 an hour

English

@BeezInYa1 @DONoticing In some areas, yes.
Bought my 1st home at 19 in 1985- 2.2x OUR combined income. It was small, need work in a questionable area.
My home now- valued at 2.4x OUR combined income. Its small, needed a FUCK TON of work in a better area.
$60 an hour? No- simple math.
English

Minimum Hourly Pay to Afford Home
In 1920: $0.40 per hour
In 1930: $0.45 per hour
In 1940: $0.62 per hour
In 1950: $1.10 per hour
In 1960: $2.15 per hour
In 1970: $3.60 per hour
In 1980: $6.75 per hour
In 1990: $11.25 per hour
In 2000: $16.05 per hour
In 2010: $22.45 per hour
In 2020: $32.70 per hour
In 2025: $57.32 per hour
In 2026: $59.00 per hour
Inflation has destroyed the value of the dollar, making it almost impossible for Millennials and Gen Z to become homeowners.
English

@Vibrato444 @DONoticing 2x income to purchase a home Vs. 10x income to afford a home
I’m not arguing anything
Simple math
English

@BeezInYa1 @DONoticing You seem to be arguing that the market sucks- yeah- not great.
The idea that someone has to make $60 an hour to buy a modest starter home in need of work in a slightly questionable part of town? Nope.
English

@BeezInYa1 @DONoticing The housing markets been shit before- people who bought then are hated now because they're seen as lucky.
When we get to having 5 year balloon where you pay only interest, taxes and insurance- no principle- like in the 80's we can talk.
That was a truly shit market.
Also:

English

@Vibrato444 @DONoticing Inflation didn’t start in 2020 ….. but the housing market and interest rates shit themselves
No fucking way a house built in 1956 should have a current value of $316,000

English

@DONoticing Every moment for the last 200 years- money has never been worth less than at that moment. Inflation didn't start in 2020.
Hey- I made a "your mom" joke after your Gen X funny- and you still made an attempt at intelligent response.
Good on you, man. Thats rare now days.
English

@BecomingCritter No, this is moronic. "Fire" is a simple chemical reaction, not some sort of human magic.
