Watched a handful of GaleForce games under Coach Greathouse, but my best memories are the 1999 FU Girls Regional Semis and Finals to go to the Final Four!

@CayoHuesoConnie @FCSportsNetwork Memories for sure. I remember Lancaster beating#1 Zanesville in 1995 and Lancaster JV ending Newark’s JV 44 game winning streak in 1969. Just a couple now, tons of memories out there from playing and coaching.

@BehrensBill @FCSportsNetwork I played in one of the first games played on that floor. I was a freshman at Thomas Ewing and we played our arch rivals the Generals of Sherman jr.hs. I can still smell the sawdust and see the unlit scoreboard on what we thought was a Huge floor.

This winter reminds me of my Junior year in high school 1977. There was a nation wide energy crisis. Late January and February temperatures were below zero to the teens for a solid month. Most central Ohio schools were closed for a few weeks.

I bought these boots at Brooks in Nelsonville, now Rocky Brands, just prior to the Blizzard of 1978. I kept them all these years and used them for the mini blizzard of 2026.@FCSportsNetwork @lancastergales
