@SpaecmanSpiff @HotSwapGaming @JoelHeyman Brilliant argument you made there. But have you ever thought of this possibility?
No, you are.
English

@JoelHeyman @kimgits1 At this point isn't it easier to assume that all government agencies are either corrupt or inept until proven otherwise?
English

@kimgits1 I mean, how have they not already been working on ANTIFA for years? This isn't rocket science. Another government agency either completely inept or corrupt.
English

@griffy829 @JoelHeyman @RoosterTeeth Please explain how protesters destroying businesses helps saving lives? Since @JoelHeyman his comment was about protesters destroying people's livelihoods not about the peaceful protesters.
English

@jordanbpeterson Is this is actually true? Because from what I have seen this man blows things out of proportion.
English

Fictional conspiracy has now bred real conspiracy....
Paul Joseph Watson@PrisonPlanet
YouTube has caved to BuzzFeed's demand that they censor "conspiracy" content by burying it in the algorithm. This "conspiracy" content includes @BenShapiro, @jordanbpeterson and @PragerU videos. Gee, I wonder what the true agenda is here? 🤔 FULL VIDEO: youtube.com/watch?v=dICPJy…

@DrCamiloOrtiz @LeoAbarix @SteveStuWill Still this study didn't measure disliking someone for their opinion but for their affiliated group. In those groups opinions can still differ quite a lot. Though as you said some groups are a choice to be part of and others aren't. In both cases it is how the group is perceived
English

@LeoAbarix @SteveStuWill That might be YOUR point. However, MY point is that disliking someone for their opinion is not the same as disliking someone for an immutable characteristic.
English

High IQ and low IQ people are equally prejudiced, but toward different groups. (N = 5,914) journals.sagepub.com/doi/abs/10.117…

@pyromanticism @jflier A believe a scientist should only be judged as a scientist by his scientific work. That is why I think adding "equity, diversity and inclusion statement" have no place in deciding promotion and tenure.
English

@jflier You might want to read mitpress.mit.edu/books/autobiog… to gain some perspective.
English

As a dean of a major academic institution, I could not have said this. But I will now. Requiring such statements in applications for appointments and promotions is an affront to academic freedom, and diminishes the true value of diversity, equity of inclusion by trivializing it.

UCLA threatens academic freedom and public trust in higher education with its new requirement that all applications for tenure-track positions and promotions include a "Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion" statement. thefire.org/ucla-diversity…

@OverlyErnest @QuilletteM Because revolutions are very fast and efficient.
English

@QuilletteM Solutions are easy tax carbon and research renewables thats not revolutionary. We need a revolution to take power and implement them.
English

"Simply put, describing the call for climate action in economically or politically revolutionary terms is always going to be counterproductive, because the vast majority of ordinary people in most countries don’t want a revolution." quillette.com/2018/10/29/if-…
English

@geodog111 @QuilletteM I agree, but still half a degree C in a century is quite significant globally is it not?
English

@thunderf00t Teaching at a University, working on your book, going to interviews on a regular basis, working as psychologist(don't know if he is currently still doing this) and trying to set up his online univesity is almost nothing apparently.
The difference is he doesn't ask for money.
English

@jeffromcclellan @ChosenOfAshurha @Delafina777 I googled it and found no evidence for claims of him leading harassment mobs. I did however find articles of how he copes with hate and slander. These people that claim @Totalbiscuit was a terrible person are simply false. He had his faults and made mistakes but was overall good.
English

@ChosenOfAshurha @Delafina777 Which is code for “I don’t actually have any proof of this, as I just saw someone else tweeting about it and instantly believed them without any actual proof”
English

@Totalbiscuit cuddles should never be rationed in the first place
English

@Totalbiscuit I think you probably have looked at your vitamin and mineral levels with your treatments. But in the off chance you haven't measured your vitamin d levels I wanted to let you know. I also don't think it will fix these problems but it might alleviate the symptoms.
English

@Totalbiscuit Hey TB, I have been diagnosed with a vitamin d deficiency. Which gave me all kind of symptoms like muscle cramps, spasms, fatigue and feelings of despair. After a week or 2 on high dosage these symptons became drastically better. I've read that it can cause or worsen back pain.
English

@VenablesJayne @mateoyoyo @cathynewman @BBC They are not. But when @cathynewman purposefully misrepresents one of her guests as she did with @jordanbpeterson simply because his opinions differ from her view of feminism, then it becomes a problem for her jounalistic integrity.
English

@cathynewman @jordanbpeterson No it's a stupid question since has proven time and time again that he accepts challenges and can keep a level head even mispresented in the worst possible ways.
English

Does @jordanbpeterson have a problem being challenged? Interesting question posed here: theguardian.com/commentisfree/…
English

@cathynewman So what you are saying is you are not a quitter but just a coward.
English

@SteveButtercase @cathynewman You can't give an argument so you just start namecalling.
